Draw Inspections

Today's lending institutions need all the help they can get in keeping an eye on where their
money is going. Dallas Realty Services offers draw inspections for all of Dallas / Fort Worth.

Whether your company is needing weekly, bi-monthly or monthly inspections on your
projects, Dallas Realty Services is ready to provide you with the information you need to
make the proper funding decisions. We are your inspector for local inspections or
if you are a distant company with a project here in the Dallas area.

We are There When You Need Us
The standard turn around time is 36 hours or less, with the majority of draw inspections performed and with a report in your hands within 24 hours. Same day service is available if the inspection is ordered by 10:00 A.M.

You Can Count on Us
I perform over 1,500 draw inspections per year throughout the Dallas area. When you need someone to inspect your investments, you can count on Dallas Realty Services to provide a thorough and timely inspection time and time again. References are available.

Reports & Images
Your company's form our mine, it does not matter. I can tailor an itemized report if needed. Images will be determined by your company's needs. Typically at least an address verification, front exterior, changes since last inspection and materials on site will be photographed.

Prices
While prices are mostly determined on a few factors such as location and quantity, a single residential draw inspection will run $50 and up. Discounts are given for multiple inspections ordered on the same day. For commercial draw inspections, please contact us for a price.

Over 13 Years in the Construction Industry
For many years, I worked for Simpson Strong Tie. Simpson is the leading manufacturer of wood to wood, wood to concrete and wood to light gauge steel connectors (joist hangers, hurricane clips...). A few of the points of interest learned from Simpson is foundations, framing, plumbing practices and building codes.

Having acted as the General Contractor on a house I built in 2002 gives me a tremendous advantage over most Inspectors. Acting as the G.C. required me to make all decisions in the home building process, from hiring subs to verifying their work was complete and code compliant.
