                   "11th Month" Warranty Inspections

$200 is the Minimum Inspection Fee.

.10 cents per square foot for residential inspections
that are located in Collin, Dallas & Rockwall Counties

.11 cents per square foot for residential inspections
that are located in counties adjacent to those listed above.

Homes 50 Years old and older	Add $50
Homes with Pier & Beam (Crawl Spaces)	Add $75
Wood Destroying Pest (WDI) Inspection*	$75*
WDI Inspection with Pier & Beam*	$85*
Pool Inspection**	$105**
Re-Inspect Fee***	$75***

*     The WDI inspection is performed by Pestmaster Services at the same time as my inspection.

**   The Pool inspection is performed by Hayden Pools at the same time as my inspection.

*** The main reasons why something is re-inspected is due to an item that was initially            unavailable or that has been repaired since the inspection.
