Inspection fees are based on a number of factors, including size, age, foundation type and the location. I provide a quality service at a reasonable price. For the Dallas area, the inspection rates are extremely competitive!
Cost should not be the primary factor in deciding
whether or not to have a home inspection performed, nor should you pick an
inspection company based solely on the rate. The lowest priced inspection may
not be the bargain it appears to be.
We are confident that our inspection prices
represent the best value in the home inspection industry and we invite you to
