Additional Fees
- Add $25 for homes that are over 25+ years of age.
- Add $50 for homes that are over 50+ years of age.
- Add $75 for homes that have a crawl space / pier and beam.
- Add $65 for wood destroying insect inspection.
- Add $75 for wood destroying insect inspection with a crawl space / pier and beam.
WDI is performed by Pestmaster Services at the same time as my inspection.
- Add $105 for a pool inspection (Performed by Hayden Pools at the same time as my inspection).
- No charge for sprinkler systems.
- Re-inspect fee is $75 for 1 item, and $25 for each additional item.
The main reasons why something is re-inspected is due to an item that was initially unavailable or that has been repaired since the inspection.
